CANCELLATION AND REFUND

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility for Cancellation
    Customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not yet been accessed or downloaded. To request a cancellation, please contact us at ceo@sitok.in.
  • Exceptions
    Once the digital content is accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds are applicable only in cases where technical issues prevent access to purchased digital content, despite all troubleshooting efforts. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Products
    Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available for any of the following situations:
    1. You have accessed or downloaded the product.
    2. You simply no longer want the product.
  • Refund Process
    Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
